To access the full features of the onwin Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your onwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. onwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify onwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. onwin reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the onwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from onwin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

onwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your onwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

onwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude onwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent onwin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
